Advise clients on tax planning. Analyze financial data for purchases and sales of businesses. Perform damages analyses for court cases as an expert witness.
Mr. Rose has represented businesses in contractual disputes in both State and Federal Court both as plaintiff and defendant counsel and in tax litigation before U.S. Tax Court and the Appeals Division of the Internal Revenue Service. He is also a qualified peer reviewer and a member of the California Society of CPAs Peer Review Committee. He has also taught college courses as an adjunct professor in Accounting and Taxation and testified as an expert witness.
